Associated Press Home Concepts

Associated Press is one of the largest and oldest news organizations in existence. AP operates as a not-for-profit cooperative with more than 4,000 employees working in more than 240 worldwide bureaus. AP is owned by its 1,500 U.S. daily newspaper members. They elect a board of directors that directs the cooperative.

As part of a larger series of projects for Associated Press I developed these conceptual directions for a comprehensive redesign of the AP global site. The intention was to greatly simplify its vast array of offerings by streamlining nomenclature, improving the presentation of the brand, and hilighting the vast range of quality video and photo assets contained in AP's various archives.
