I have worked in the field of Graphic Design for more than 10 years. My employers and clients have included Fortune-500 corporations, academic institutions, design studios, non-profit organizations, and independent artists.
I started out as a pre-press technician and went on to work in print design as a production artist, designer, and art director. I gained experience working on packaging, collateral, corporate identity, and editorial projects. Eventually I transitioned into interactive design, where I worked for more than 3 years as an Art Director for a large corporate website. This experience expanded my knowledge of user experience design, information architecture and design usability.

I am a student and fluent speaker of Spanish. I am an enthusiastic traveler. I am fascinated by other cultures. My explorations of the food, music, culture and history of those who are not the same as me is an ongoing passion.
Lately I've been playing enough music that I feel comfortable calling myself a “musician.”
